I work with nature’s wisdom, using safe, holistic approaches for mind, body, and spirit.
1-1 consultations, stand-alone courses or group support, via my membership

Whether you're looking to improve well-being, or simply enjoy a more fulfilling life together, our paid membership is your gateway to a happier, healthier relationship with your companion animal.
As a behaviourist and wellness practitioner, I am able to offer a truly holistic, flexible and unique approach to your issue. I support both humans and companion animals to lower stress, find contentment and achieve their best life. I offer 1-1 sessions, online courses and group support via a membership. I have lived with reactive, anxious and traumatised dogs and understand how challenging (and rewarding) it can be.
We are all individual and respond differently to different methods. My understanding of human psychology enables me to tailor your package to your learning style and pace, so that it resonates with you, as well as meeting your needs.
Please complete my online form in as much detail as possible and return. This helps me to build an individualised plan, so that our initial zoom can be entirely focused on you and your animal's needs. If you prefer you could complete this as a recorded audio message. For behavioural consultations I ask that you have had a recent vet check to rule out any medical issues for the behaviour and for botanical consultations to inform your vet that we are working together.
A first session is usually 1-2 hours with follow-up sessions being slightly shorter. A recording of the session will be made available if you wish.
You will have access to many online resources to consolidate the support plan discussed in your sessions and you are able to check-in via WhatsApp between the hours of 9-4pm GMT, Mon-Fri for a month after your last session. I recommend that you book one of the packages available, but should you wish to only book the one session you will retain access to the resources. Many of my clients go on to join my membership and I offer this at a 50% discount.
ACE Free Work developed by Sarah Fisher is a low impact activity that lowers stress and allows observation of an animal’s posture and movement. It is is particularly good for anxious, sensitive dogs, allowing them to rebalance, relax, build confidence, process information and explore at their own pace. It is an integral part of all my behavioural support plans. I have used it to help dogs and cats with reactivity, anxiety, phobias, following adoption and to enhance life skills such as recall and loose lead walking. I offer a stand alone course https://contented-canines.newzenler.com/courses/ace-free-work and 1-1 individualised consultations.
EFT involves tapping on particular meridian points on the face and body. It is simple to teach you to do on both yourself (and your animal) allowing you to take control of any emotions, fears or thoughts that may be preventing you from perhaps moving forward or causing anxiety, worry or stress. EFT can help insomnia, fear, anxiety, depression, phobias, food cravings, stress and chronic pain. I offer 1-1's or a stand alone course - https://contented-canines.newzenler.com/courses/emotional-freedom-technique-eft
TTouch®️ involves gentle bodywork and movement to relieve tension, discomfort and support emotional regulation.
Rewind is a double disassociation technique that is incredibly effective in allowing trauma to be processed quickly without the need for numerous sessions or in depth discussion of events.
