About Me

Hi, I 'm Jules Ballard and I'm a practitioner of botanical self-healing and a certified behaviourist.  I specialise in anxiety, trauma, fears and reactivity, helping humans, dogs, and cats find calm connection through compassionate, natural, and holistic support.

I started my career as a nurse 40 years ago and then over the years became a midwife, reflexologist, human wellness coach and trauma resolution practitioner.   I specialised for many years in helping women (and their partners) with phobias & fears and those traumatised by their birth experience.

My practice has now evolved to also support humans and animals with trauma, fears and anxieties.
I retired from midwifery in 2022 to focus on my animal business.  I utilised all of these modalities when I was working in the NHS and continue to do so today when working with animals.

My passion for animal and human well-being and a constant thirst for knowledge has shaped
my life’s work.  I set up my business in 2019 and I love supporting both animals and humans to achieve balance in their lives.

I combine behavioural expertise with the gentle wisdom of botanicals
and traditional healing, to guide you and your animal companion
towards connection, confidence and balance. I am an Animal PsychAromatica Master Practitioner specialising in Essential Oils, Hydrosols, Clays, Herbs, Acupressure, Crystals, Energy Healing,
Animal Communication, Nutrition, Chinese Herbs and TCM. I have shared my life with some wonderful dogs who have all taught me something new and remain in my heart forever. I live with my husband and my 2 dogs Dakota, a GSD and Millie a Spitz/Husky cross.

I am a proud member of the Association of Natural Animal Wellness Practitioners
and a Board member of the International Canine Behaviourists.

Some fun facts...I was on the British Parachute Team for several years. I enjoy gardening, crochet and collecting vintage items, particularly handbags, glassware
and Barbie dolls.
